Sinn Sage is getting a bit annoyed since her neighbor Charlie Forde always seems to be trying to one-up her! When Sinn bakes cookies, Charlie bakes a whole bunch more of the same kind. When Sinn gets a nice potted plant, Charlie gets a whole garden of them. Even when Sinn gets a new car, Charlie says she'll probably get the same one. It's ridiculous! But when Sinn finally confronts her about it, she's surprised to learn that Charlie's not doing this to one-up her... she's doing this because she LIKES her and wants to bond! Sinn is ashamed at having so blatantly misinterpreted Charlie's… genuine attempts at fostering a friendship, but things turn around when Charlie suggests she make it up to her with some good old-fashioned neighborly sex. Sinn loves the idea, so the two set old miscommunications aside and come together for a good time.
